Sven Dumont

Directing the kitchen at The National Brasserie at Sterrebeek (Zaventem) is a passionate chef with a real sense for pure flavours: Sven Dumont.

After completing his training at the Ter Groene Poorte hotel school, Sven worked at establishments including the award-winning Hof ter Eycken. He has also demonstrated his wide range of skills at exclusive events, working in conjunction with leading chefs, such as Wout Bru, Yves Mattagne and Gert De Mangeleer.
